Tangian (Arunachal Pradesh / NE Region)

Tangian is a premium high-curcumin variety, natively cultivated in the pristine hills and valleys of North East India, Arunachal Pradesh, and Himalayan regions.

It yields a vibrant bright yellow or deep orange-yellow powder, flavoured for both culinary dishes and cosmetics, treatment, and nutritional applications.

The variety grows naturally using centuries-old chemical-free agricultural techniques in the unpolluted foothills.
